Accommodation rules and
Basic concepts of Rules is defined by the following:
“Hotel services” are a complex of services for the providing of temporary accommodation in the hotel "Russian Hunt", with an address at: 443544, Russia, Samara region, Volzhsky district, p. Kurumoch, Complex road service (hereinafter - Hotel), as well as additional services.
"Hotel" is a property complex intended for the providing of hotel services (hereinafter - Hotel);
"Room price (places in the room)" - the cost of temporary accommodation and other related services, determined by the contractor, rendered for a flat price;
"Guest (customer)" - a citizen, an individual (legal) person who has an intention to order or purchase or ordering, purchasing and (or) using Hotel services solely for personal and other needs not related to conducting business activities in accordance with the agreement on rendering Hotel services;
" Contractor " - an organization, regardless of its legal form, that provides Hotel services to a customer;
"Reservation" - pre-order beds in a room and (or) rooms in the hotel by the customer (Guest);
"Checkout time" - the arrival and departure time set by the Contractor and accepted by the consumer (Guest).
General terms and conditions
1.1. These Rules are developed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumers’ Rights" and the Rules of Hotel Services Provision in the Russian Federation.
1.2. The right to the provision of hotel services by the Hotel is confirmed by the Certificate of assignment to the Hotel "Four stars" grade.
1.3. The deadline for staying at the Hotel is not established for citizens of the Russian Federation, for foreign citizens deadline is in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on the stay of foreign citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation.
1.4. The hotel is open 24 hours.
1.5. Catering (restaurants, bars) of the Hotel are open 24 hours.
1.6. Check-in time – from 14.00 hours local time
(except for special offers, where other check-in time can be set).
1.7. Checkout time – 12.00 hours local time
(except for special offers, where other check-out time can be set).
1.8. The list of services included in the room price is determined by the room category and is set in the price list.
1.10. Information about the Contractor that provides Hotel services (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) and the services is located in the hotel’s area for registration of temporary accommodation of Guests (in the Information folder of the Hotel Reception and Accommodation Services) and in each room (in the Guest Information folder).
1.11. The list of additional services rendered by the Hotel, which are not included in the room price, as well as the prices for additional services are set in the price lists located in hotel’s area for registration of temporary accommodation of Guests (in the Information folder of the Hotel Reception and Accommodation Services).
Terms and Conditions, Reservation and Cancellation Policy
2.1. The Contractor makes a reservation by accepting from the Guest (customer) information for making a reservation by means of postal, telephone or other communication, which allows establishing that the request comes from the Guest (customer). The list of information for making a reservation is set out in Appendix No. 1 to these Rules.
2.2. Booking a room through the hotel website is carried out by filling the form on the website of the Hotel.
2.3. At the time of entering into the agreement of services provision with the customer, a reservation application form may be established.
2.4. The contractor applies the following types of reservation:
2.5. Reservation is valid from the moment the Booking Confirmation is sent to the Guest (customer) by the contractor.
2.6. Booking is confirmed by the contractor in the form of a letter containing the following information:
name (company name) of the contractor, customer (Guest),
category (type) of the ordered room and its price,
duration of stay in the hotel.
2.7. The contractor has the right to refuse booking if there are no rooms available on the date specified in the application.
2.8. The reservation required an advance payment from the Guest (customer) within the time specified in the invoice-confirmation issued by the contractor or in accordance with the terms of the current special offers, information about which is posted on the website of the contractor on the Internet or on-line portals selling the Hotel Services of the Contractor in the Internet.
2.9. In case the Advance Payment is not made by the Guest (customer) within the specified period, the reservation is considered to be non-guaranteed and the overdue invoice for the confirmation of payment in terms of price loses its legal force. Payment for the room rate on such a booking is made by the Guest (customer) at the price valid on the date of check-in.
2.10. When checking into the hotel an advance payment is counted towards the cost of staying in the room.
2.11. The guest does not have the right to demand a change in the room price agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation for the price that is valid at other moment, including at the time of check-in.
2.12. The guest (customer) has the right to cancel the application (refuse a guaranteed reservation) without applying any sanctions until 14:00 hours local time of the day preceding the date of arrival. For reservations according to the current special offers, other cancellation conditions (cancellation of the guaranteed reservation) may be provided on the website of the contractor on the Internet.
2.13. Refusal of reservation is carried out by accepting from the Guest (customer) information for the booking refusal through postal, telephone and other communication, allowing to establish that the refusal of booking comes from the Guest (customer). The list of information for reservation cancellation is set in Appendix №2 to these Rules.
2.14. The contract with the customer may establish its own form of reservation cancellation for each customer.
2.15. In case of late refusal of booking, late or no-show of the Guest, the Guest (customer) is charged for the actual room delay in the amount of the room price for the first day.
2.16. A late refusal of a guaranteed reservation is a refusal received by the Contractor later than 14:00 hours local time of the day preceding the scheduled arrival date or terms specified in special offers, information about which is posted on the Contractor’s website or on-line portals selling the Hotel’s services on the Internet.
2.17. If the delay is more than 24 hours, the guaranteed reservation is canceled and the Guest (Customer) is charged for the actual delay of room in the amount of the room rate for the first day.
2.18. For non-guaranteed reservations the Contractor expects the Guest until 18:00 hours local time on the current day of the scheduled arrival after which the reservation is canceled.
2.19. If the reservation is made by the customer, being a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, the conditions, amount, terms for making an advance payment, as well as other booking conditions, including the right to book on conditions provided for non-guaranteed reservation, may differ from those specified in these Rules and are determined by the contract with the customer.
Form, procedure and methods of payment for hotel services
3.1. Payment for accommodation services and additional services provided by the Hotel is carried out in accordance with the price lists approved by the Hotel Services contractor.
3.2. Herewith, the price lists are internal local regulations of the contactor of the Hotel services, in which room categories and their parameters are established; room prices and a list of hotel services included in the room price; the cost of providing additional bed in the room (extra bed); list and cost of additional hotel services, including breakfast, if it is not included in the room price. The price lists are located in the hotel’s area for registration of temporary accommodation of Guests (in the Information folder of the Hotel Reception and Accommodation Services).
3.3. The prices set by the relevant Price List are differentiated depending on the room category, amount of people staying in the room and other conditions, and are valid for a limited time. The room price for each Guest (customer) is set at the time of booking confirmation by the Hotel services contractor according to the current price list at that time, and if there is no pre-reservation, Guest check-in according to the price list valid at the time of check-in.
3.4. Payment for the hotel services is carried out in Russian rubles.
3.5. The payment for the hotel services is made in cash and credit cards.
3.6. After the Guest (Customer) has paid the bill, the contractor issues a cash receipt and information account to the Guest (Customer).
3.7. Customers who are legal entities or individual entrepreneurs can make payments in non-cash form by transferring money to the current account of the Hotel according to the contacts concluded with the Hotel.
3.8. The hotel has a daily and hourly fee. Hourly rates apply only for early check-in and late check-out.
3.9. Daily payment is applied in cases when in the application (contract) for the provision of Hotel services, the unit for measuring the period of staying at the Hotel is the checkout day.
Under the checkout day is understood folowing: on the first day of stay - the period from the estimated hour (set for arrival) of the first day of stay until 12.00 local time the next day; on the second and subsequent days of stay - the period from 12.00 local time of the current day to 12.00 local time of the next day.
3.10. In case of daily payment, the following rules apply:
3.10.1. For early arrivals from 00 hours 01 minutes (that is, before the start of the checkout time set for arrival), accommodation at the Hotel is subject to availability of rooms of the appropriate category, prepared for the accommodation of the consumer (Guest).
3.10.2. For early arrivals from 00 hours 01 minutes to check-out hours (14.00 local time) a fee of 100% of the room rate is charged at the cost of the previous day.
3.10.3. For early arrivals from 08 hours 01 minutes before the check-out time (14.00 local time) a fee of 50% of the room rate is charged at the cost of the previous day.
3.10.4. In case of delay in departure of the consumer (Guest) on the day of departure after checkout time, payment for the accommodation is carried out at the following rates:
- Departure before 14.00 local time in the presence of a sufficient number of rooms for arrival is provided without payment (not guaranteed);
- Check out no later than 20.59 - payment for accommodation is charged at 50% of the cost of a current day room;
- Check out later than 21.00 - payment for accommodation is charged at the rate of 100% of the room rate on the following day.
In all the cases listed in this clause the daily price of a room is determined on the basis of the relevant Price List of the Contractor actual on the day (date) of the Guest’s departure for all Guests (public tariffs). At the same time, the room rate set for the Guest at the time of booking is not applicable.
3.11. Breakfast and stay at the Hotel for free for children under the age of 6 full years. Extra bed available for an additional fee according to the current price list.
3.12. The child’s age must be confirmed by a birth certificate or a corresponding entry in the passport of one of the parents.
3.13. At check-out of the Guest before the paid period of residence, the calculation is made for the actual time of stay, but not less than a day with daily payment.
3.14. In this case, the amount in excess of the cost of the actual accommodation and rendered additional paid services is returned to the Guest on departure from the Hotel.
3.15. Guest (customer) is obliged to pay Hotel services in full.
Registration and accommodation order
4.1. To stay at the Hotel, it is necessary to conclude an agreement (registration card) on the provision of Hotel services at the reception of the Hotel.
4.2. The contract (registration card) on the provision of Hotel services is concluded upon presentation by the Guest of a document proving his identity, drawn up according to established procedure, including:
- a) passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- b) birth certificates - for a person under the age of 14;
- c) passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
- d) passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen;
- e) document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a stateless person;
- f) permits for temporary residence of a stateless person;
- g) residence permit of a stateless person.
4.3. If the Guest does not show a document proving his identity, drawn up according to established procedure, the contract for the provision of Hotel services is not concluded. Such a Guest may not be admitted to the temporary residence in the hotel.
4.4. The total number of Guests staying in a room should not exceed the number of beds in the room. The exception is the residence of children up to 6 full years with their parents (adoptive parents, guardians, close relatives or other accompanying persons).
4.5. Electronic room key is issued to the Guest after concluding an agreement on the provision of Hotel services.
4.6. The hotel reserves the right to refuse registration of accommodation to persons who are allegedly in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication.
4.7. Registration of Guests who are citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of their stay at the Hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for Registration and Removal of Citizens of the Russian Federation from Registration at the Place of Residence and Residence within the Russian Federation, approved by a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 1995 N 713 "On the approval of the Rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Russian Federation from the register at the place of stay and place of residence within the Russian Federation and the list of persons responsible for reception and transmission to the departments of registration of documents for the registration and de-registration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of residence and place of residence within the Russian Federation".
4.8. Registration in the Hotel of young persons under 14 years of age is carried out on the basis of identity documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives, accompanying person (s), and document certifying the credentials of the accompanying person (s), as well as birth certificates of these young persons.
4.9. Foreign citizen and a stateless person are registered at the place of their stay at the Hotel and deregistered at the place of stay in accordance with the Rules for the Implementation of the Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2007 N 9 "On the procedure for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation".
Rules of providing hotel services
5.1. The Contractor provides 24 hours service to the Guests arriving at the Hotel and departing from the Hotel.
5.2. In case of non-payment of the Hotel services they are not provided to the Guest.
5.3. Entry to the room after the expiry of the stay is not allowed.
5.4. The Contractor at the request of the Guest without extra charge provides the following services (related services):
- call the ambulance, other special services;
-use of a first aid kit;
- delivery to the number of correspondence addressed to the consumer, upon receipt;
- wake-up by a certain time;
- provision of boiling water, needles, thread, one set of dishes and cutlery.
5.5. The guest, when signing the application (contract) for the provision of Hotel service, agrees with the use of video surveillance systems on the premises of the Hotel (with the exception of rooms and toilet cabins).
5.6. Guests of the customer at his request and with the notification of the Hotel Reception and Accommodation Service employee may stay at the Hotel until 23.00 hours, upon condition the presentation of an identity document. When a guest of customer is found in a room after 23.00, the accommodation of this person must be issued.
5.7. If the service includes breakfast, it is provided to the Guest from the day following the date of arrival. Guest can optionally order breakfast on the day of arrival for an additional fee.
5.8. Extension of stay after check out time is subject to availability of rooms.
5.9. If it is necessary to extend the stay, the Guest is obliged to notify the Contractor no later than check-out time of the day on which the Guest must leave the Hotel, and the Contractor, subject to availability of rooms, extends the stay.
5.10. Payment for the extension of stay is made by the Guest in the manner set forth in these Rules for paying the price of a room and must be made by the Guest no later than the check-out time of the day on which the Guest extended the stay.
5.11. Upon departure from the Hotel, the Guest is obliged to hand over the room and electronic key to the Hotel employee and make the final payment for accommodation and additional services.
5.12. Acceptance of rooms is carried out in the process of guest departure.
5.13. Subject to the availability of rooms in the hotel the priority right to accommodation and benefits in the amount of 5% have the following categories of citizens:
- Heroes of the Russian Federation and the Soviet Union;
- full Holder of the Order of Glory;
- participants of the Great Patriotic War;
- invalids of the first, second, third groups and persons accompanying them;
- liquidators of the Chernobyl accident;
- guests with children up to 6 full years;
- pregnant women;
5.14. The book of comments and suggestions is located at the reception area of the Hotel.
5.15. The guest has the right at any time to refuse performing of the contract, under condition of payment to the contractor of the expenses actually incurred by contractor.
5.16. The contractor has the right to unilaterally refuse performing of the contract if the guest violates the terms of the contract, and the guest reimburses the contractor for the expenses actually incurred by contractor.
5.17. The amounts of the actual costs incurred by the contractor are determined by the corresponding price list.
Rights, duties and responsibilities of the contractor
6.1. The Contractor shall:
6.1.1. Provide the Guest with paid Hotel services in a timely and in full.
6.1.2. Ensure the quality of services provided by the Hotel.
6.1.3. Ensure confidentiality of information about guests and visitors of the Hotel.
6.1.4. Not hold after 23.00 noisy events on the territory of the Hotel, except for the stipulated in advance holidays and entertainment programs.
6.1.5. Provide complete information about the services available in the Hotel.
6.1.6. Ensure that each room has information on accommodation rules at the Hotel, fire safety regulations and electrical appliances.
6.1.7. Respond in due time to the guest's requests to eliminate inconveniences, breakdowns in the room, at the hotel’s infrastructure facilities.
6.1.8. In the event of an accident or failure of any equipment in the room and the impossibility of resolving this problem, to offer the Guest a room with grade not lower than the category paid by the guest. If it is not possible, make a refund.
6.1.9. Provide, upon the first demand of the consumer, the “Book of reviews and suggestions”.
6.1.10. Not provide charged services without the consent of the Guest.
6.1.11. Provide a change of bed linen and towels every 3 days. At the Guest request an early change of bed linen and towels can be carried out at no extra charge.
A cleaning service is available daily from 10:00 to 16:00. If the consumer (Guest) wants the cleaning to be carried out earlier or not at all - it is necessary to hang the appropriate sign on the room door handle.
6.1.12. Immediately consider the requirements and complaints of the Guests, take action on the complaints of the Guests.
6.2. The Contractor has the right to refuse Guest services, evict the Guest from the Hotel and expel from the Hotel in the event of violation of these Rules, which pose a threat to the health of citizens, the property of the Hotel and third parties, with the mandatory drawing up of an act on this incident and invitation employees of competent authorities.
6.3. The Contractor shall not be liable to the Guest for direct or indirect losses and / or loss of profits resulting from the temporary absence of telephone communication and / or mobile (cellular) communication and / or Internet access and / or interruptions in their implementation, as well as for other circumstances outside the control of the Contractor.
6.4. The Contractor shall not be liable for causing damage to the Health of the Guest in the case of his use of food and beverages purchased outside the Hotel and from third parties.
6.5. The hotel is responsible for the loss of money, other valuables, securities and other precious things of the Guest, if they were accepted for storage or were placed by the Guest in the personal safe provided to him, regardless of whether the safe is in room or in another room of the Hotel.
6.6. The guest, who discovered the loss, shortage or damage to their belongings, is obliged to immediately notify the administration of the Hotel.
6.7. The contractor is exempt from liability for the loss of things in the following cases:
- The guest, who discovered the loss, shortage or damage to their belongings, did not announce the Hotel Administration in a timely manner;
- the lost thing was left in the unallocated places - at the entrance to the Hotel, at the reception desk (if the thing was not transferred directly to the hands of the Hotel employee), etc .;
- the lost thing belongs to valuable things (money, jewelry, etc.) and was not transferred to the contractor for storage or placed in a special individual safe;
- the lost thing was in the individual safe, but according to the storage conditions, access to the safe without the knowledge of the Guest was impossible or became possible due to force majeure.
6.8. The shelf life of the consumer’s belongings at the Hotel is the period of stay of this Guest at the Hotel.
6.9. Things found in the room to be released or left in the safe after check-out hours are deemed forgotten and placed by the Contractor in the room of the forgotten things of the Hotel. The things forgotten by the Guest in the room are stored by the Contractor for 3 months (foodstuffs are stored for 1 day), after which they are disposed of. Money, valuables are subject to long storage within 1 year.
Placement of things for storage is carried out by the administration of the contractor in the presence of representatives of the contractor in an amount of not less than 2 (two) people, and is drawn up by the relevant Act on the placement of forgotten things of the consumer for storage according to the form established in Appendix No. 3 to this Rules.
6.10. The Contractor informs the Guest about things forgotten by the contact information provided by the Guest to the contractor.
6.11. The Contractor may, upon availability of a separate Guest order and subject to the advance payment of the delivery costs by the Guest, deliver the forgotten things to the address indicated by the Guest.
6.12. After the expiry of the established storage period, things forgotten by the Guest are considered unclaimed and are subject to disposal in accordance with the procedure established by the local regulatory acts of the Contractor.
Consumer rights, obligations and liability
7.1. Consumer (Guest) must:
7.1.1. Keep the order of stay in the Hotel, provided for by these Rules and other local regulatory documents of the Contractor, which can be found in the information folder in each room of the Hotel.
7.1.2. Follow the rules of fire safety.
7.1.3. Respect the rights of other Guests and visitors of the Hotel.
7.1.4. Check-out after the paid stay.
7.1.5. Immediately notify the administration and security service in case of loss of the guest card.
7.1.6. Compensate for damages in case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel in person or for an invited person.
7.1.7. Leaving the room, close the water faucets, turn off electrical appliances, lighting, close windows.
7.1.8. Comply with the norms of behavior in public places.
7.1.9. Do not interfere with the proper performance by the staff of the Hotel of their official duties.
7.1.10. Observe the sequence when check-in.
7.1.11. Take care of the hotel property, keep it clean, to observe silence in room and public areas of the Hotel.
7.1.12. In case of emergencies, strictly follow the instructions of the Hotel employees.
7.2. Guest is prohibited from:
7.2.1. In order to comply with fire safety use in the room of the Hotel and in the premises for general use of heating devices (boilers, electric kettles, electric stoves, etc.), except for devices provided by the Contractor;
7.2.2. Leave unauthorized persons in the room in his absence, as well as pass the Guest card to unauthorized persons;
7.2.3. Smoking in the rooms and other areas of the Hotel, as well as in the surrounding area in the unmarked places;
7.2.4. Bring and store weapons, explosive and highly flammable, toxic, caustic, poisonous, narcotic substances and materials, firearms and other dangerous things to the health and life of citizens.
7.2.5. Use pyrotechnic products (fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, etc.)
7.2.6. Keep in the room animals, insects, birds and other representatives of the fauna;
7.2.7. Throw garbage and other items from windows;
7.2.8. Rearrange, remove furniture, bedding and other property of the Hotel from the room;
7.2.9. Be in staff area of the Hotel without the permission of the Hotel employees;
7.2.10. Gambling in the public areas of the Hotel;
7.2.11. Damage equipment and furniture, to make graffiti on the walls and property, to paste on the walls and inventory of photographs, drawings, newspaper and magazine clippings;
7.2.12. Litter common areas;
7.2.13. Use open fire on the territory of the hotel complex;
7.2.14. Exchange or sell items in the common areas of the Hotel;
7.2.15. Perform work or perform other actions that create increased noise and (or) vibration that violate the normal living conditions of other guests. From 23.00 to 07.00 hours the use of TV, radio, tape recorder and other loud-speaking devices is allowed only if the hearing is reduced to a degree that does not disturb the rest of the other guests;
7.2.16. Perform intentional acts that threaten their own life and health, as well as the life and health of others;
7.2.17. Openly wear any type of civil, official, military weapons, including in the performance of official duties.
7.2.18. Drink alcoholic beverages, as well as consume food in the common areas of the Hotel (lobby, halls), except for catering areas.
7.3. It is forbidden to access and stay in the Hotel to persons in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication, with aggressive behavior that does not meet sanitary and hygienic requirements, in beachwear, young children who are not accompanied by adults, visitors with animals.
7.4. Responsible for the behavior of young persons and their compliance with these Rules are their parents or other accompanying persons.
7.5. Guest has the right to:
7.5.1. Use all the hotel services subject to payment.
7.5.2. Receive complete and accurate information about the rules of hotel accommodation, prices and list of hotel services.
7.5.3. Contact the staff of the Reception and Accommodation Service on the quality of services provided.
7.6. In case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel, the Guest shall indemnify the Hotel in full, according to the price list approved by the Contractor.

Fire safety regulations
In the rooms and areas of the Hotel it is prohibited to:
- smoke in places not designated for this;
- store flammable and combustible liquids, explosives, gas cylinders, aerosol goods and other explosive substances and materials, as well as heating and household appliances;
- clutter with furniture, equipment and other objects, aisles, corridors, vestibules, elevator halls, landings, flight of stairs, as well as to block emergency exits;
- carry out cleaning of the premises using gasoline, kerosene and other flammable and combustible liquids;
- use electric heaters (including boilers, electric kettles, electric irons, electric stoves).
- leave unattended the electrical appliances included in the network, TV, computers, printers, etc.
- use electrical appliances in violation of fire safety regulations;
- to wrap light bulbs and lamps with paper, cloth and other combustible materials, and also to operate them with caps (lenses) removed;
- independently install transit wiring and cable lines in the rooms, as well as through fire-hazardous and explosive zones;
- use lamps of local lighting (table lamps, floor lamps, wall lamps, etc.) incandescent lamps with a capacity of more than 60 watts, as well as lamps with a light source, the nominal power is higher than the allowable values specified in the passport or in the technical description;
- store combustible materials at a distance of less than 0.5 meters from lamps, electrical wires and other electrical installations;
- use home-made boilers, stoves and other electric heaters;
- use electrical installations with mechanical damages and (or) integrity of electrical appliances;
- use ventilation ducts as chimneys; close exhaust channels, openings and lattices;
- burn fat accumulated in the air ducts, dust, combustible substances and condensate;
- disconnect or remove fire-retarding devices;
- store combustible materials closer than 0.5 meters from the air ducts;
- store in the ventilation chambers of various equipment and materials.
